  1. "What if it doesn't connect to our warehouse system?"

    First we check what your warehouse system actually offers: database access, file export, file import, or existing connectors. If a safe connection is not possible, we do not force the project.

  2. "What if the automation makes a mistake?"

    For sensitive actions we set up human confirmation, limits, and an action log. Automation can prepare and flag, but it does not have to make sensitive calls on its own.

  3. "Can we start small?"

    Yes. We usually start with one process: incoming invoices, email inquiries, a warehouse check, a report, or internal tasks. We only decide on scaling after measuring results.
